Cooksey Communications Promotes Joel Rowe to Creative Director

DALLAS – Oct. 9, 2019

Experienced designer and art director Joel Rowe has been promoted to creative director at Cooksey Communications, a North Texas-based strategic communications firm. He serves distinguished Cooksey clients such as Hillwood, Frisco Station, Bell Fort Worth Alliance Air Show, City of Coppell, City of Mesquite, City of Plano, GRS Consulting, Region C Water Planning Group, STEAMspark Montessori Experience, Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition and The Real Estate Council. In his new role, Rowe will lead Cooksey’s award-winning Creative Department.

Rowe joined Cooksey in May 2018 as a senior designer after working as a graphic designer for a range of companies in the real estate, technology, travel and retail markets over a 15-year period. He studied communication design at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
