What inspires you?
Working with great people and learning new things about our profession. Marketing and communications has changed immeasurably during the past decade, with the advent of social media and 24-hour news cycle, and it’s exciting to be working in this field at this time.

What are your favorite hobbies?
I am a huge music fan, and have been collecting vinyl records since I was 10. Every once in a while I still get out and DJ, which is always fun! I’ve also restored several vintage scooters of the Vespa and Lambretta ilk.

What can’t you do without?
My family is the most important part of my life. When I am not working, I am likely spending time with my wife and daughter, going to the zoo, movies, concerts and events in the community.

What do you love about your job?
Working with a broad array of clients and helping them work through marketing and communications challenges and issues. Though it’s a bit clichéd, it really is true that no two days are the same in our field. Whether I am working with cities, professional service firms or managing a brand launch, it’s exciting to build and implement a communications program that exceeds the results our clients are hoping for.
