After graduating from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in graphic design and a minor in business, Krista honed her promotional print and digital marketing skills while working for various Fort Worth-based agencies. Throughout her career, she has helped redesign, develop and manage company websites, execute major social media marketing campaigns and create engaging videos to strengthen companies’ brand identities.

Since joining Cooksey Communications in 2024, Krista has supported Cooksey’s clients across a wide range of creative projects for various platforms, including digital and social marketing campaigns, collateral design, brand development and event promotion.

What inspires you?
The great outdoors. Nothing quite elevates the spirit like time spent outside. I love to travel and experience new places and also explore the state parks and natural areas close to the DFW area.

What are your favorite hobbies?
Oil painting and other artistic mediums, running and tending to my collection of plants.

What can’t you do without?
Time spent with loved ones, friends and my pets.

As an artist at heart, it’s incredibly rewarding to have chosen a career that allows me to be creative every day.
